This year, the IGLC conference brings together industry professionals and academics from around the world who are interested in lean design and construction to discuss pressing topics in lean construction research and industry best practices. The vPlanner team will participate during the Industry Day and during the research conference to share what we have been doing related to advanced Last Planner Metrics® and Takt Planning.
