Register now for the upcoming full-day takt planning workshop at the LCI Congress in Detroit. The workshop will enable participants to take their Last Planner System® (LPS®) implementation to the next level. Takt is the German word for rhythm and is often described as the production system's pulse (or beat). It is the rate at which the production system must produce to meet customer demand. The workshop format includes hands-on simulations, group problem-solving, and discussion. During the workshop, participants will learn how to calculate the takt target, how takt and lean thinking go hand in hand, and how takt fits in the overall framework of the LPS. The workshop will be taught by Samir Emdanat (vPlanner), Matthew Jogan (vPlanner), and Iris D. Tommelein (P2SL).
